The Agentic OS for pharmacy
The agents handle the admin. You handle the patients.
A Phone Agent that answers the pharmacy line, a WhatsApp Agent that books and tracks prescriptions, a scribe that drafts your consultation notes, and more, in one login. Built by a practising pharmacist.
They take the admin off your team: the phone, WhatsApp, the diary and the paperwork. All in one login, and each one is switched on only when you want it.
Landline and WhatsApp calls
Answers the pharmacy line. Books, moves and cancels appointments, checks if a prescription is ready, and puts callers through to your team.
On your own number
Answers questions it’s confident about, books appointments and tells patients when their prescription is ready to collect.
Booking around the clock
Keeps the diary full: online booking day and night, reminder emails and WhatsApp reminders, a rebook email after a no-show, and an optional booking fee through Stripe.
In the consultation room
Listens to the consultation and drafts the form answers. The pharmacist accepts or changes every one before it’s saved.
Every travel vaccine
Greys out what your PGD doesn’t cover, with the reason, records the PGD on every travel vaccine supply, and gives prescribers private e-prescriptions.
NHS Pharmacy First
Runs the Pharmacy First pre-check, red flags first, online, on WhatsApp or at the kiosk, so the pharmacist knows why a patient is there.
Opted-in patients
Sends flu-season and travel messages to patients who have opted in, with an easy way to opt out.
Local search
Publishes a profile for your pharmacy and a page for each service in your town, so people searching nearby find you.
For the owner
Revenue by service and branch, Pharmacy First outcomes, and your FP34 payments laid out month by month.
+ more agents, one login
Agents assist. Pharmacists decide.
Real screens from the product, shown on a demo pharmacy. The names, patients and figures are made up.
An iPad on the counter asks one thing: prescription or appointment? Walk-ins for Pharmacy First answer the pre-check while they wait, so the pharmacist knows why they’re there before they call them in.

Patients check they qualify before they book — online, on WhatsApp or at the kiosk. The pharmacist opens the consultation with those answers filled in, follows the NHS clinical pathway, and the Gateway Point is recorded.

It tells every caller it’s the pharmacy’s automated assistant and that the call is transcribed. Then it books, moves or cancels appointments, checks whether a prescription is ready, and puts the caller through to your team, or arranges a callback, the moment they ask for a person.

High Street Pharmacy
Phone Agent
An example call. The greeting is the agent’s real first line.
Vaccines a patient can’t have under your PGD are greyed out, with the reason. Country advice is checked against TravelHealthPro every month, and every travel vaccine record names the PGD version that authorised it.

The AI scribe transcribes the consultation in the browser, strips out the patient’s name and date of birth, and suggests answers for the form. The pharmacist accepts or changes each one — nothing is saved without them.
How the AI scribe works
1Listens in the browser
Name and date of birth are removed before anything is sent
2Suggests answers
Nothing is saved until the pharmacist accepts it
Patients check their prescription on WhatsApp after a few identity checks, and can ask for a repeat — Cypher passes the request to their GP surgery, who decide whether to issue it.
The agent answers questions it’s confident about and books into your diary. Mention a Pharmacy First condition and it sends a button to the 2-minute check — with 999 and A&E advice built in.
Upload your FP34 Schedule of Payments and Cypher lays it out month by month, next to NHSBSA figures, EPS and Manage Your Service — so the gaps stand out instead of hiding in a PDF.

The day-to-day things that don't make a headline, all in the same platform.
No big switch-over
Every module is switched on separately. Start with the one that hurts most, and add the rest when you’re ready.

Reminder emails the day before and two hours before, WhatsApp reminders, and a Wallet card for patients.
Bookings, consultations and prescriptions in one record, with vitals and a weight and BMI chart.
Receive and dispense private prescriptions electronically, with the checks built in.
More for pharmacies →Your clinic diary in Google, Apple or Outlook calendar through a private feed, for the pharmacy or each pharmacist.
Switch between pharmacies in one login and compare them side by side.
A public profile for your pharmacy and a page for each service in your town, built for local search.
Flu-season and travel messages to patients who have opted in, and an easy way to opt out.
Training certificates and compliance documents for the whole team, in one place.

For the owner— Business Analytics Agent
The two questions every owner gets asked. Cypher answers both from the same place.
Why we built it
“We built Cypher because we run a pharmacy too. Every screen on this page started as something at our own counter that took too long.”
Sagar Lungiwala · Pharmacist and founder
The agents handle the admin: answering the phone and WhatsApp, booking, reminders, prescription status and the paperwork around a supply. Anything clinical stays with a pharmacist. The Phone Agent never gives clinical advice and tells every caller it is automated, the scribe only suggests answers that the pharmacist accepts or changes, and the Pharmacy First pre-check only decides whether someone can book. Agents assist. Pharmacists decide.
No. Each module — bookings, Pharmacy First, the WhatsApp agent, the check-in kiosk, dispensing data and the rest — is switched on separately, so you can start with one and add others when you’re ready.
Patients can check they qualify online, on WhatsApp or at the kiosk before they book. The pharmacist’s consultation follows the NHS England clinical pathways and records whether the Gateway Point was reached. You still claim through your usual NHS route.
Yes. It runs on your pharmacy’s own WhatsApp Business number, connected through Meta. It only answers when it’s confident; otherwise it shows the patient the menu and logs the question so you can add an answer, and if someone asks for a person the conversation is flagged for your team.
Yes. Every pharmacy gets a booking page, and a small snippet puts the booking widget — and a WhatsApp chat button, if you want one — on your own website.
Access is role-based and every action is audit-logged, patient details are encrypted at rest, clinical content is built to DCB0129, and information security runs to an ISO 27001-aligned system. The AI scribe strips out the patient’s name and date of birth before any text leaves the browser.
It depends on the modules you use and how many branches you run. We’ll go through it on the demo.
